The analytical engine

Meet Victor. He's your wingman.

Victor is the analytical engine behind everything we do: a suite of instruments that measures an emergency system the way it actually runs. Every resource, every mission, every second.

Analytics With Grit

VR, VX, and VO utilize the Victor Analytics Engine in three configurations: the study, the always-on system, and the custom shop.

VR · The first look

Point-in-time analysis from a simple export.

The demand analysis, the plan, the schedule. No integration required.

VX · Always on

Fully automated and connected.

The live map, the dashboards, the continuous measurement and compliance reporting.

VO · The custom shop

Full access to the analytics engine.

Sandboxed, so custom work can't touch the rest of the platform.

VO has built Clery Act reporting, per-agency dispatch invoicing, and meal-break compliance under a collective-bargaining agreement. If it depends on the record, VO can build it.

How Victor thinks

Victor doesn't summarize your system. He reconstructs it.

Averages compress a month into a number. Victor rebuilds the month itself.

01 · One unit's day

Every phase of every mission.

Time-series analytics capture what averages never can: concurrency. One unit's day shows the mission phases, the lost hours, the excess task time, at sub-second resolution, every figure traceable to source.

02 · The system's shape

Then the whole deployment.

Grouped, the system's real shape appears: activation, serviceability, utilization. Everything produced is held to three principles: objective, repeatable, and statistically rigorous.

03 · VR asks

How many resources, and when?

Forecast future utilization, then optimize readiness against performance, with response times an input rather than the verdict. The answer becomes a deployment plan and schedule your system can run.

04 · VX keeps score

Continuously, against every standard.

By unit, deployment, and facility. Coverage required against fulfilled, at every level. Mission phases validated against GPS, not button pushes. Call-taking and dispatch on the same footing, and the money too: revenue and expense at the same rigor.

SITUATION AWARENESS · LIVE REPRESENTATIVE DEMONSTRATION

01 · Live & historical

The slider runs both ways.

Flip to Historical and the record replays exactly as it was recorded, second by second.

02 · Coverage

A star is a post to cover.

Uncovered posts get flagged, move-ups launch, and district levels call low as they drop.

03 · Two disciplines

EMS posts. Fire responds.

Ambulances hold posts and move up; engines run station to scene and back. One map, both patterns.

The bundle

Victor doesn't arrive alone.

Every engagement includes more than software and support. Victor arrives with consulting expertise: analysts who read the findings with you, deliver them in person, and stay through the change.
